What are some facials with common household items for a party? Any pool/spa hotel sleepover tips?

Also, I need some sleepover tips, activities, ideas, and everything. Also, stories from your sleepovers would help too. I am going to have a pool/spa hotel party. We would stay the night at a hotel. We're going to go swimming, and then we're going to do a homemade spa thing! Please help!

See if your hotel offers video games or movies. You can play those while taking turns in getting nails done and what not. And since you're with your friends, I doubt there is a chance you guys will run out of things to laugh or talk about.

Make a list of the facials and other things you'd like to do. and have it around for your guests to see what they'd like. Here are suggested links.

Don't forget to bring in all of the ingredients of what you need
and extra towels (as well as lots of food. So keep extra money and a list of delivery places; or a cheaper option, ask everyone to bring something, whether it be sweets, pizza, etc.). Oh and be sure to have cameras. Have a photo shoot of before and after the facials and what not. You could also have little souvenir bags for your guests. Useful beauty toiletries like compact mirrors, lip balm, travel sized lotions, little combs, little nail polish bottles.... They're not all that hard to find and easy on your wallet.

These are just a few ideas of many. Like I said before, with a few friends over a night, I'm sure you won't run out of things to do.

Can anyone suggest a really good spa hotel in the US?

I would like to take my 14 year old daughter to a really relaxing spa hotel which will pamper us and give us good memories. Hopefully not too expensive. I heard there some good ones in Arizona. I would love to hear your suggestions and comments. Thanks!

This sounds like a really fun party!!!

I have doen the homemade masks but since you are in a hotel it might be a better just to buy the good facial packs from the store because egg whites and cucumbers are to messy in a hotel but I would suggest having each person do a different type so photo looks cool(like one pink strawberry scrub mask, one clear peal mask, one blue mosturizer mask, and one brown mud mask:)

do your nails all different and gets those sticky deco to put on your nails at the dollar store

*when your done take a picture of a finger nail team star whereeach person puts their fingers in the middle with and upside down peace sign touching each other makes a friendship star

play games like truth or dare
prank calls
room service
make overs etc.

Where is a good spa/hotel for new years eve in the uk?

My girlfriend and I want to go to a spa/hotel for a new yearts break - just a couple of days. There are so many options that i'm a little lost!!! Does anyone know of a particular good one - anywhere in the uk is fine. Thank you.

I have never been at New Year, but I've been twice to Champneys at Tring and had a wonderful time. It's not cheap, but it is value for money, because the food is fabulous - healthy but fabulous - and there are two pools, a gym, beautiful grounds, and the rooms are really comfortable. I spoke to several people who said they go there regularly for New Year.

A couple of tips: don't pay extra for the Premier rooms, oddly enough, the standard rooms are more modern and nicer.

Take dvds with you if you want to watch them - there are dvd/cd players in the room, but they charge you quite a lot to rent them.

The only other spa I've been to is Inglewood, which was OK, but Champneys much nicer.

Would you spend the money to put your dog in a doggie daycare/hotel/spa?

I'm looking to start a doggie hotel/daycare/spa in my area. How many of you would bring Fido to such a place either to stay while you were on a business trip or for the day while you were at work? Would you pamper your pet in the spa? Just curious to know what people think of this idea.

While I might think about it for boarding purposes (vacation and such) I'd never even think about it on a daily basis...sorry...dogs don't need company all day...they do just fine and are all the happier to see you at the end of the day...

I want to take my girlfriend to a spa/healt farm type place for a treat. any suggestions? I live in Nottinghamshire but anywhere withing sensible driving is fine.

There is a very good one called Hoar Cross Hall not far from Burton on Trent. I am sure they will have a web site.You could try Ragdale Hall also...

I have spent a lot of time in Toulca and you can hire a cab to take you anywhere you want to go. Im pretty sure that you are gong to have to take a cab into Tenengo Del Valle and cantch another car to Ixtapan.
